Americans always defend individual legal rights and are tenacious in protecting life. I AGREE that there SHOULD BE regulation of indirect campaign contributions, which may be made by corporations or unions. That is the Law and the law should be followed. If there were NO regulation on such INDIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS the Corporations or Unions would be able to deceive the voting public by using "front men/women" in order to support, or encourage, a candidate to vote/promote legislation, which is in their self-serving interest. Such a hidden agenda is simply not acceptable and would encourage such Corporations or Unions to empower the legislation of "self-serving" laws at the cost of the "public good".

In the areas where their is a wall preserving the sovereignty of the United States, the persons trying to enter our country illegally have avoided the wall obstacle and used easier crossing routes. The two political parties should not use the persons who are hoping to be DACA recipients as leverage for immigration reform negotiations. However, the persons who have entered our country illegally need to provide legal immigrants such as myself a reasonable justification as to why they should be given permission to jump ahead of family members who have applied to enter our nation legally.

Given CBD is already legal in most states, I support lifting of all restrictions on medical marijuana. A friend of mine who died a few days ago and will be buried tomorrow suffered greatly from cancer complications. He was placed on pain medications that interfered with other medications he was taking. We attempted to place him on medical marijuana which would have eased his pain and possibly help to alleviate the side affects of the pain medications. Unfortunately given the regulatory requirements in Illinois we were not able to dispense the medical marijuana to him in time.

Working in the best interest of my constituency is my priority and my foundational cornerstone. As it stands now economy, immigration, and health care are the top three issues and topics of interest to my constituency.
